Legendárny bubeník Mick Fleetwood zostavil hviezdnu zostavu pre jedinečný koncert na počesť raných rokov skupiny Fleetwood Mac a jej zakladateľa Petra Greena, ktorý sa konal v londýnskom Palladiu 25. februára 2020.

V zostave účinkovali Billy Gibbons, David Gilmour, Pete Townshend, John Mayall, Christine McVie, Zak Starkey, Steven Tyler, Bill Wyman, Noel Gallagher, Neil Finn, Kirk Hammett a Jeremy Spencer. Legendárny producent Glyn Johns sa pridal ako výkonný zvukový producent. Jadro kapely tvoril samotný Fleetwood spolu s Andym Fairweatherom Lowom, Daveom Bronzeom, Rickom Vitom, Jonnym Langom a Rickym Petersonom.

Fleetwood, ktorý zostavil zoznam účinkujúcich, povedal: „Tento koncert je oslavou tých raných bluesových čias, keď sme všetci začínali, a je dôležité uznať hlboký vplyv, ktorý mali Peter a raní Fleetwood Mac na svet hudby.“ Peter bol mojím najväčším mentorom a je mi veľkým potešením vzdať hold jeho neuveriteľnému talentu. Koncert bude vydaný ako rozkladací vinyl na 4LP, 20-stranový mediabook s Blu-ray a 2CD a 44-stranový deluxe bookpack s pevnou väzbou. Okrem rozkladacieho vinylu na 4LP, 2CD a Blu-ray obsahuje deluxe bookpack poznámky k albumu od životopisca Micka Fleetwooda, Anthonyho Bozzu, ako aj úžasné fotografie z podujatia a zo zákulisia.

Legendary producer Glyn Johns joined as the executive sound producer and the house band featured Fleetwood himself along with Andy Fairweather Low, Dave Bronze, Rick Vito, Jonny Lang and Ricky Peterson.

Fleetwood, who curated the list of artists performing, said: “The concert is a celebration of those early blues days where we all began, and it’s important to recognize the profound impact Peter and the early Fleetwood Mac had on the world of music. Peter was my greatest mentor and it gives me such joy to pay tribute to his incredible talent.
