Formed back in early 1999 in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, KEHLVIN is delivering a personal blend of progressive and metallic noise-hardcore. The band is well known & respected for its hundreds of shows across Europe and the release of 2 iconic full lengths, an ep and two split albums with Rorcal & Fleshworld. After a 6 years hiatus, the band came strong with a new album called HOLISTIC DREAMS showing the musicians at their very top. Right after its release in 2021, Kehlvin decided to work on a remaster of their iconic debut album from 2005 The Mountain Daylight Time. The album was remastered by Julien Fehlmann (The Ocean, Herod etc…) for both digital and Vinyl and the album artwork was revamped for the occasion by the original graphic designer Dimitri Jeanotat (Forceed). This is also the very first time that this record is pressed on vinyl. An album that gets its inspiration as much from Neurosis or Breach with some moments of grace with a Radiohead touch. Brilliant.
