The opposite of streamlined, big melodies and catchy hooklines, but these get spit out and sawn in to pieces by guitars. Here, absolute beauty is destroyed and wildly played over. It smells of garage, rock, the primary punk and the grunge which could have arose from an Amphetamine Reptile or Subpop album. An old liaison, which is esthetic and musical, of an undeniable origin. It’s obvious that HATHORS don’t mean the bands which grace the t-shirts of H&M who became huge superstars. Despite rejection and their brittle appearance, the three Swiss know exactly what has to be done. As free and as undiscerning it may seem, you shouldn’t be fooled by the three likeable lads and should let them invite you for a „Pfeffi“.
