Thomas Dolby became one of the most recognizable figures in the Synth-Pop movement of the early eighties. Promoting himself as a mad scientist who had harnessed the power of synthesizers and samplers and used this to make Pop and light Electric Funk he became synonymous with the genre. Best known for his hits ‘She Blinded Me With Science’ and ‘Hyperactive’ which both feature here.
