Bokassa’s debut release from 2015 is finally available on vinyl (as clear red and black splatter edition) and cd digipack, through the bands own label Kings Of Stonerpunk Records. “War On Everything” includes the fan favourite “No Control” that the band always still performs live, be it on Hellfest, Download and Wacken, or at a small sweaty club. This release also includes 3 unreleased exclusive live tracks! Norwegian power rock trio Bokassa fuse riffs and grooves into a hook-laden Molotov rocktail of punk, hardcore and metal. Not one to care much about image, matching outfits or what’s trending, Bokassa has still managed to play some of the world’s biggest festivals, and toured all over Europe, including support-tours with Judas Priest, Mastodon, Zebrahead, Baroness and Metallica. In 2019 they were handpicked by Lars Ulrich to support Metallica alongside Ghost on their summer stadium tour all over Europe, UK and Russia. The legendary drummer hailed them as “his favourite new band" and described them as "insanely fucking cool" after hearing the trio's album “Divide & Conquer” (2017). Bokassa released their last full studio-album “Molotov Rocktail” on Napalm Records in 2021 and it made into several album charts and gained raving reviews from the likes as Kerrang, Rock Hard and Metal Hammer. The latter had the following to say about the album: “With such eminent replayability, “Molotov Rocktail” threatens to burst the bubble separating classic-sounding records and straight-up classics, easily delivering the most fun stoner record since Monster Magnet's “Powertrip” in the process”.
